Big Sean’s last album I Decided. just went platinum and a few days ago while acknowledging the one year anniversary of him premiering ‘Bounce Back‘ on The Tonight Show, he promised that new music would be on its way soon. But we pretty much dismissed it as regular old rapper talk.

Dj Khaled  Ft Travis Scott, Rick Ross & Big Sean – On Everything

DJ Khaled delivered his monster album, Grateful, at midnight on Friday (June 23), which features a song with Big Sean, Travis Scott and Rick Ross titled “On Everything.” The internet has evidently already had enough time with the 23-track project to surmise the I Decided. rapper could be throwing subliminal shots at Kendrick Lamar. Several Twitter users came to the conclusion that Sean’s verse is a response to alleged shots K. Dot fired at Sean on his critically acclaimed DAMN. album.

Nicki Minaj may not be the only one continuing a feud on DJ Khaled’s new album Grateful. Fans are convinced that Big Sean, who appears on Khaled’s “On Everything” alongside Rick Ross and Travis Scott, is sending a message out to “Control” scene-stealer Kendrick Lamar.Early into his “On Everything” verse, Sean tells a mystery detractor (Lamar?) that his Superman-like abilities prevent “shots” from fazing him. Though Sean’s line is open to interpretation regarding potential targets, astute listeners have argued that the “shots” in question include the ones Lamar sent Sean’s direction on “The Heart Part 4” back in March.
